Terms of use

Yesod7 is a studio for building websites, shops and back-offices from a written brief. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the cancellation policy.

You sign in with Google (or another identity Yesod7 offers). You are responsible for activity on that account. Keep access to the email that owns it. Yesod7 may suspend an account that abuses the service, attacks other users, or breaks the law.

Builds, chat edits and generated images consume tokens. New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant. Each calendar day you sign in, a smaller grant may be added, up to a lifetime cap. Purchased packs are added to the same balance. Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT where it applies.

Tokens have no cash value except as described in the cancellation policy. They are not transferable between accounts. Failed first builds refund the tokens they spent and may retry automatically.

You own the brief, the copy you type, and the business facts you provide. Yesod7 generates layout, code and images to that brief. You may export a site as a ZIP and host it independently — that copy is yours to run without Yesod7.

While a site is hosted on Yesod7 it is served at a private random address, not a username. You remain responsible for the content of that site, including product copy, prices, images you upload, and any offer you make to your own customers.

Do not use Yesod7 to build sites that impersonate others, collect credentials, distribute malware, or traffic in illegal goods. Do not attempt to probe, scrape or overload the studio. Generated images and copy must not depict sexual content involving minors, or other material the law forbids.

Chat, layout and images are produced with generative AI. You are interacting with an AI system in the studio. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing the result.

We work to keep the studio and published sites available. Preview environments, model providers and payment processors can fail. Yesod7 is not liable for lost business during an outage, nor for a generated site that does not match a particular design taste. If a build fails, tokens for that run are refunded.

To the extent the law allows, Yesod7’s liability for a paid pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that limit would be unlawful.

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your country of residence are not waived — including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK consumer law, and GDPR where they apply. Disputes that are not covered by those mandatory rules are handled under generally accepted principles of international commercial contracts.
