Cancellation policy
Last updated 12 September 2026
How to cancel a token pack, what is refunded, and how failed builds are already handled. This follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off for distance contracts) and equivalent cooling-off rules in other countries.
1. What you can cancel
Token packs on the billing page are distance-sold digital services. You may cancel an unused pack within 14 days of purchase, unless a mandatory rule in your country gives you longer.
Welcome tokens and the daily login grant are complimentary. They are not a purchase and are not refundable as money.
2. Digital content that has been used
Performance begins when tokens are credited. If you then spend them on a build, a chat edit or an image, that portion has been consumed. EU rules allow a trader to skip the cooling-off period for digital content supplied in full with your prior consent and acknowledgement — spending tokens is that supply.
Unused tokens from a cancelled pack are reversed. Spent tokens are not returned as money. If a spent run later fails, Yesod7 already refunds those tokens to the balance; that is a token credit, not a card refund.
3. How to cancel
Use the form on this page (the same channel the purchase used). We confirm within two business days and, where a refund is due, return the unused amount by the original payment method within 14 additional days.
Sandbox (demo) charges never take a real card. There is nothing to refund on a demo confirmation.
4. Failed builds
If a first build fails, Yesod7 refunds the tokens used for that run, keeps the project, and may retry. If the account does not have enough tokens to finish, the public site is not shown — a construction screen appears until you top up. That is not a cancellation.
5. After you export
A ZIP you download is a copy you host yourself. Cancelling a pack does not take down a site you already exported, and does not create a right to further generation without tokens.
6. Chargebacks
Write to us before disputing a charge with the card issuer. A chargeback on a consumed pack may lead to suspension until the dispute is resolved.
